Where to start?

All new patients are invited to attend an introductory ‘can we help’ call – this helps us match your needs with the services we offer.

These calls are complimentary and will generally take arounds 15mins, although we offer allow a little longer for complex case, such as our Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder patients.

The calls can be via telephone or video, you can select your preference when completing a very short form we ask you to fill out online in advance. This helps us maximise the call for you.

Following the call you may decide to book in for a full consultation, we may signpost you to another avenue e.g. a practitioner we feel may be better suited or perhaps signpost you to your GP. There is no obligation to book following an introductory call, you may decide we’re just not right for you & that’s OK, we just want to help you get the support you need.

These Report of Findings sessions allow us to walk through your plan together and discuss the steps outlined, time frame and other recommendations.

If deemed necessary you will also be provided with a copy of a referral letter, for example to your GP. Equally if any private functional testing is required this will be discussed at this time.

Whilst we will will often write to your GP &/or consultant as part of the initial consultation process, there may be times where additional letters are required or requested.

Please see our fees page for more details.

Follow Ups

Followup meetings

Follow-ups are suggested, to allow you to seek additional support, as well as for us to assess any changes in your symptom or condition. These 30 minute appointments are usually booked for 4-8 weeks later, subject to your individual situation. We strongly recommend you book at least one follow up, this allows us to review your progress and make any alterations. In some cases it may be an external factor has influenced the ability to adhere to a plan or reach your goals, and so this is a great opportunity to review and amend accordingly. Equally if you have made great progress we can update with new goals.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the service provided at Spriggs Nutrition by our Registered Nutritional Therapist we take this very seriously and want to ensure it is handled sensitively and professionally. If appropriate, please raise any concerns or queries with the clinic management at the earliest convenience, this will be handled in full confidence. However, if you feel the need to take an issue further, our therapists are both BANT and CNHC registered therefore they are able to investigate formal complaints via the Professional Practice Committee, this form should be completed and sent to them as directed:
